Bottled Water Delivery FAQ

We Have Answers!

How many gallons are in a Culligan jug?

We offer sanitized, five-gallons of water in BPA-free jug.

Where is Culligan Bottled Water sourced?

The source of our water comes from the municipal supply in Akron, NY, which originates from the reservoir located in the Town of Bennington. This reservoir is dedicated for the sole use of public water supply and is tested regularly for compliance with EPA standards. We prepare and protect our water by using a multi-barrier approach and re-mineralize for taste and health purposes.

We are audited each year by NSF International to ensure quality is met with each order.

Does Culligan offer spring water?

Some Culligan water dealers offer spring water as a delivery option. Contact us to learn more. Spring water is classified as any water that comes from an underground well or spring. Spring water is typically filtered and then remineralized to ensure its taste has returned to as close to its natural state as possible.

Is Culligan Bottled Water distilled?

We do offer distilled water options. Distilled water is safe to drink, but because the distillation process removes many of the naturally-occurring, and helpful, minerals from water, using this type of water as your daily drinking could end up causing more harm than good in the long run. Learn more here.

What is the cost of Culligan bottled water?

The total cost of our bottled water slightly varies depending on the quantity and type of water your home needs, as well as the frequency of your delivery.

Does Culligan deliver bottled water near me?

Yes! Culligan delivers to all parts of the Livingston & Yates Counties, as well as most of Ontario County, and the portion of Monroe County south of the thruway. You can see the towns we service in our Residential Areas list.
