We may have a big name tacked on to us, but we are a small, local business, independently owned and operated. Our owner, Mike Karr, grew up not far from here in Howard, NY and his family spent much of their summer at Keuka Lake growing up. After serving in the US Air Force, Mike has spent most of his adult life as a Culligan man. Starting as a Bottled Water Delivery Driver, Mike has managed the day-to-day operations of 7 very successful Culligan Water dealerships with one goal. Be the best for our customers. Every day!! When we spend our money we keep it local as much as possible. We could go to the big box stores in the city, or online if we wanted to save a buck or two. However, we look towards our local printers, hardware shops and suppliers. We even spend our advertising dollars in our local community. We know one of the main ways we, as a company, or as individuals, have control in how we make a difference is with our dollar, and we try to make it count. And we know the product or service we receive is backed by care, concern and the type of hard work and dedication we know it takes to make it as a small business.
