Our History

We may have a big name tacked on to us, but we are a small, local business, independently owned and operated. Our Grandfather, Charles Keppler, Sr., started our business over 60 years ago. Through the help of his sons they were able to expand from Akron, over here to the Lima community. We are now on to the 3rd generation of running and growing our business. A progression of dedication, hard work and mutual support to our community and from our community.

We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality water treatment solutions and service for residential, office, commercial & industrial applications. We pride ourselves in being able to give our customers a local, customized experience to take care of all their water needs. It is a privilege to service our customers with one of life’s most essential elements!

We thrive because of our team of individuals, who live in Lima or throughout the southern Rochester and Finger Lakes regions we serve. When the company succeeds, the team succeeds, because we are doing this all together. What affects our business, affects our people. It is all intertwined.

When we spend our money we keep it local as much as possible. We could go to the big box stores in the city, or online if we wanted to save a buck or two. However, we look towards our local printers, hardware shops and suppliers. We even spend our advertising dollars in our local community. We know one of the main ways we, as a company, or as individuals, have control in how we make a difference is with our dollar, and we try to make it count. And we know the product or service we receive is backed by care, concern and the type of hard work and dedication we know it takes to make it as a small business.

This is how we operate with our customers, our team, and our community around us.
