The goal of Service Programs are to give you and your family a worry-free experience by providing the proper care and service on your Culligan Water Treatment System. By performing regular checkups as part of a handcrafted service plan, you can expect consistent, clean Culligan water in your home. Our equipment-specific intervals have been designed to maximize the efficiency of your system through the expertise of the Culligan service network.

With our Platinum Service Program, you get service quarterly, and parts & labor are always included! This quarterly service check-up includes service for your:

Chlorination System

  • Quarterly inspection, cleaning and tube change
  • Chemical fill-up *Maximum of 4 gallons of chlorine or 1 pail of hydrogen peroxide
  • Testing of raw and treated water

Water Softener

  • Salt fill-up at each service visit *Maximum of 20 bags
  • Annual inspection, raw and treated water test
  • Cleaning and sanitization, filter and valve seal changes every 2 years
  • Media rebed as needed (standard every 10 years)

Drinking Water System

  • Semi-annual filter change
  • Annual cleaning of equipment, check reservoir tank, testing of raw and treated water
  • Membrane replacement as needed (standard every 5 years)

Automatic Carbon Filter

  • Annual inspection
  • Annual cleaning of equipment, testing of raw and treated water
  • Media rebed as needed (standard every 4 years)

UV System for an additional $10/mo

Pre-Filter System for an additional $5/mo

*Cancellation before year is up will be billed for services incurred. Must be enrolled for a year to receive included rebed services. You will be auto-renewed each year and be provided a 30 day grace period to cancel. Contact for details.

With our Gold Service Program, you get service semi-annually, and parts & labor are always included! This semi-annual service check-up includes service for your:

  • Testing of raw & treated water

UV System for an additional $10/mo

Pre-Filter System for an additional $5/mo

*Covers only the Chlorination System. If other systems are due for product, we’ll deliver and apply the standard delivery fee. If we notice a service issue with other equipment during delivery, we’ll contact you to request approval to service it while we’re already on site. If we can’t reach you, our office will follow up to schedule a service call separately.

Terms & Conditions

Culligan provides inspection and maintenance services for the customers enrolled in our Service Program. Guidelines for enrolling in the program are as follows:

-The program is only related to the specific equipment included in the package you select.

-Available to residential customers only.

-Parts and labor are included in the services provided.

-Consumables such as salt and chlorine have a maximum quantity within each year.

-Customer must be enrolled for 1 full year to receive included rebed services.

-Cancellation before year is up will be billed for services incurred.

-After-hour services are not included in the program. An after-hour service call will apply.

-You will be auto-renewed each year and be provided a 30 day grace period to cancel. Any service or product that is completed in that 30-day grace period will be billed at cost.

-The program is the same for existing customers and customers entering the program under transfer (for example, existing customer sells his or her home and new owner keeps Culligan equipment) as it is for new customers.

-The same Terms & Conditions apply to new customers as well.

-A bill will be sent out to you each month, or annually if you pay for the entire year.

-Payment is available by monthly or annually by Check, Cash, ACH or Credit Card only. You can enroll in auto-pay.

-Taxes and fees apply.
